Before entering the coaching arena, Mr. Bigney had a successful career in manufacturing operations and sales, most recently as an area manager for Legacy Supply Chain. He also held roles as a sales specialist at RV One Superstores, an operations manager at Schnellecke Logistics, and a manufacturing operations analyst at Boeing and ICONMA, positions that underscored his ability to optimize processes and drive efficiency within complex organizational structures.

Mr. Bigney’s career began with an impressive two-decade service in the United States Air Force as an operations manager from 1991 to 2011. During this time, he was honored with the Special Operations Command Airman of the Year award in 1998, recognizing his exceptional contributions and leadership within the military. Following his military service, he transitioned into civilian roles at thyssenkrupp, 31-W Insulation and Barling Bay.

Mr. Bigney’s academic achievements have been instrumental in shaping his career trajectory. He earned an MBA in operations management in 2009, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2008, both from American InterContinental University. His educational foundation was further strengthened by an Associate of Science in aviation flight services from the Community College of the Air Force in 1992 and a diploma from Jamestown High School in 1990. Additionally, he holds a Black Belt Six Sigma certification from Villanova University, obtained in 2011.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Bigney is actively involved as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, demonstrating his commitment to community service and civic engagement. His personal life is enriched by playing golf and spending quality time with his family. Looking ahead, he aims to continue making a positive impact on people’s lives through his work, assisting individuals on their unique journeys and offering guidance that aligns with their aspirations.
